This ongoing project involves developing visual content across multiple digital channels for Heermance Farm, including social media, video, and email marketing. The work highlights the farm’s activities, culinary collaborations, events, and creative programming through a mix of photography, videography, graphic design, and motion graphics. The content spans both static and dynamic formats—from Instagram posts and carousels to short-form videos, animated graphics, and email marketing campaigns—helping communicate the farm’s evolving story and community.

Brief
Heermance Farm operates at the intersection of agriculture, hospitality, and cultural programming, making it important to communicate a wide range of activities and collaborations through digital platforms. The challenge was creating content that could capture the energy and personality of the farm while remaining visually cohesive across different formats and channels. Content needed to function across multiple contexts, including social media feeds, event promotion, and email communication.
Process/Solution
VISUAL CONTENT CREATION: I regularly produce photography and video content documenting farm activity, collaborations with chefs, and cultural events. These visuals are edited and composed to emphasize color, texture, and atmosphere while reflecting the character of the farm. In addition to documentation, graphic elements and design treatments are incorporated to create stylized visuals that align with the broader brand identity.
MOTION & DYNAMIC CONTENT: To expand the visual language of the brand across digital platforms, I create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video edits. These dynamic formats help capture moments from events and bring movement to graphic elements and typography. Motion content is particularly effective for social platforms, allowing posts to stand out in fast-moving digital environments.
SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN SYSTEM: Rather than treating posts as isolated pieces of content, the Instagram feed is approached with an editorial mindset. Layout, color relationships, and visual pacing are considered across multiple posts to create a cohesive visual presence. This approach allows the feed to function as an evolving digital archive of the farm’s work and collaborations.
EMAIL MARKETING & PROMOTIIONAL CONTENT: In addition to social media, I design visual assets used in email campaigns and promotional announcements. These email blasts communicate upcoming events, partnerships, and farm initiatives while maintaining consistency with the visual identity seen across social platforms.
